Hash Computation: SHA-256 hashes of prompt and response

Receipt Creation: Immutable evidence record in receipts table

Watermarking (Images): QR code + visible watermark applied

Provenance Records: Pre/post watermark hashes stored in artifact_release_records

Verification: Public verification page proves authenticity via QR code
